Finally. Outlook Express will be renamed Windows Mail in Vista, doing away with the need to explain that OE and Outlook have just about nothing to do with each other. The other big change? Those cursed .dbx files files give way to standard .eml files. Channel 9 has a video explaining it all.

(Page 1)2. dc - I know what you mean. It's also easier to see the full header of an e-mail in OE than in Outlook. They really are two completely different animals. The similar names have confused people for a long time now.

1. You know what aggravates me? How a free product like Outlook Express let's you edit the source code of an email while regular Outlook XP doesn't allow you to do so. Plain dumb...
